I have used Bio one for years now. I’ve worked at 3 properties, and every time I take Todd with me as a vendor. His company is very professional, reliable, and communicative. But, hearing from the Medical Examiner that my first order of business would have to be contracting a HAZMAT team pushed me into, by far, one of the most surreal emotional states I've ever experienced. From the moment we spoke, I felt immediate empathy, and completely calm. He guided me through how we would need to proceed and agreed to meet me the next day. There's no need to go into the more delicate details of what came next because if you're reading this, you're likely dealing with your own tragedy. Suffice to say, this is hard (and often grizzly) work, it's not as straightforward as your favorite TV crime show would have you believe, and takes an incredibly strong person to do this day in and day out. Thank goodness people like Todd exist. For the last two months, I've been referring to him as my 'Guardian Angel' whose guided me through this logistical nightmare with patience and care. He's a phenomenal human, as is the rest of his team (thank you too, Josh!). I will never forget his kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Todd."
