I called Todd about a cleaning situation with my father. Probably far better than what he is used to, but I knew I needed someone who wouldn't bat an eye at what he walked into. Todd was incredibly good hearted, start to finish. I needed it done quickly so I could leave AZ knowing the place was clean. He assured me he would make that happen and for much less than other quotes. It wasn't cheap, but good and prompt service usually isn't. What I got was a guy who cared a lot, and didn't have to. I can't say enough good things about the company and employees. The compassion that my family received during this hard time helped a lot. The cleanup took several days but the crew worked very hard and helped on several occasions with things we were struggling with. They found a few things of value and some sentimental things within the affected area but brought them to us as they were located. It was a terrible time, but Frank and the crew made it a lot easier and we appreciate it!
