I called Todd about a cleaning situation with my father. Probably far better than what he is used to, but I knew I needed someone who wouldn't bat an eye at what he walked into. Todd was incredibly good hearted, start to finish. I needed it done quickly so I could leave AZ knowing the place was clean. He assured me he would make that happen and for much less than other quotes. It wasn't cheap, but good and prompt service usually isn't. What I got was a guy who cared a lot, and didn't have to. I first used Todd Weisberg of Bio One when I had to clear out a property whose finally-jailed occupant was a borderline hoarder and possible drug user. He created order from a tremendous amount of chaos. Then, as we prepared to renovate the house, which had not been well maintained, for sale, Todd did an excellent job returning the home to livable condition. His price was reasonable, his work thorough, his responsiveness excellent. So much so that, when we needed to prepare another property for sale, I immediately called Todd. He sacrificed time from his weekend to come out and meet me at the property, when I was in town. Though we ultimately opted for a speedy as-is-sale, the saddest aspect of that decision was missing the opportunity to work with Todd again.
