I called Todd about a cleaning situation with my father. Probably far better than what he is used to, but I knew I needed someone who wouldn't bat an eye at what he walked into. Todd was incredibly good hearted, start to finish. I needed it done quickly so I could leave AZ knowing the place was clean. He assured me he would make that happen and for much less than other quotes. It wasn't cheap, but good and prompt service usually isn't. What I got was a guy who cared a lot, and didn't have to. I appreciate that. You'll get what he promises...and you will get a man who understands as best he can what you are thinking. Thanks again Todd.

"Losing a family member is hard enough. But, hearing from the Medical Examiner that my first order of business would have to be contracting a HAZMAT team pushed me into, by far, one of the most surreal emotional states I've ever experienced. The ME gave me a great piece of advice before he hung up the phone: ""I can't give you a recommendation, but just make sure they're licensed and bonded."" Luckily, I am allowed to give you a recommendation: If you require such a service in the Greater Phoenix area, look no further than Bio-One Glendale. I performed a Google search, clicked a few links and just felt lost. Then I clicked on the link for Bio-One Glendale, saw the certifications mentioned above, read Todd's story, and immediately picked up the phone. He answered, I explained what I knew, and said I'd be flying from to Phoenix in the morning and would need to meet as soon as possible. From the moment we spoke, I felt immediate empathy, and completely calm. He guided me through how we would need to proceed and agreed to meet me the next day. There's no need to go into the more delicate details of what came next because if you're reading this, you're likely dealing with your own tragedy. Suffice to say, this is hard (and often grizzly) work, it's not as straightforward as your favorite TV crime show would have you believe, and takes an incredibly strong person to do this day in and day out. Thank goodness people like Todd exist. For the last two months, I've been referring to him as my 'Guardian Angel' whose guided me through this logistical nightmare with patience and care. He's a phenomenal human, as is the rest of his team (thank you too, Josh!). I will never forget his kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Todd."

I have used Bio one for years now. I’ve worked at 3 properties, and every time I take Todd with me as a vendor. His company is very professional, reliable, and communicative. We’ve had everything from bio cleanup, remediation, trash outs etc. You name it, they’ve covered it for us. Really appreciate Todd and the crew for all the hard work.

After getting an exploitative quote from Aftermath, Todd from Bio-One was able to come to our house to deal with a difficult scene and he was able to both provide a great quote, and he did a perfect job cleaning up our house in a timely fashion. He provided great care and sensitivity in a challenging situation. Thank you so much from my family.

Words are not enough to express our gratitude and thanks to Todd and his entire staff at Bio-One Glendale. At a difficult time, and for a serious problem we hand no experience with, Bio-One came in and did a tremendous job. Todd is professional, honest and and straightforward in his approach to his work. He and his crew worked the job right through with no delays or absences. Everything he said would be done was completed and for the price quoted. Additionally, his kindness, compassion, concern and respect for the situation helped our family to understand better what we were experiencing and aided in our healing of a tragic event.
